One Month Countdown!

Well, almost a month. A month from Sunday, Tony and I will be heading for our Spring Break trip to celebrate our engagement. We went through a list of about 5 places before we landed on our current destination. If you come to my blog instead of reading through Google Reader, you’ve probably noticed my super stalker feature on the right hand side of the website – Twitter. If you read that, you already know where I’m heading (or if you’re my Facebook friend, you know, too). So, I’ve gone through some old photos getting ready. I thought I’d share some of those with you. :)

Break time!

I’m currently studying and making flash cards for my Marketing exam on Thursday, but I wanted to take a break and upload some photos for you guys.

My friend Kyle graduates in May with both a Music Performance and a Music History degree. He will be leaving me for Spain in the summer and I probably won’t see him again until he comes back for the wedding. He asked me if I would take his photos for his recital poster and I of course said yes! We met at the University this past Sunday. It was incredibly dreary and the sun was hardly shining at all. We only stayed for just over an hour because the weather was not our friend.

Here are a few of the photos.

Now I’m off to study some more!

Days 1-4

These photos are pretty much unedited from my iPhone. (I did use the hipstamatic app on one). I didn’t want to bombard you with all my photos at once!

Day 1

View from the weight floor at the theatre I work at.

Day 2

Note left on a fan at the theatre. Better not move dear ol’ Chuck’s fan.

Day 3

The ropes at the theatre… except I can’t get it to flip. I’ll edit it later.

Day 4

Tony helping cut old soft goods.

My Maid of Honor

Okay, so I haven’t officially asked anyone to be in my wedding party, yet. But Kaytea and I have been BEST friends since 7th grade. She’s awesome. We can not talk for a month and pick right back up. She’s very much like the sister I never had and her family is my second family. Recently her parents wanted some family pictures to put up on a bare spot on the wall in their living room. She bought a sign that says “Family” on it, and needed to surround it. So, I offered up to do it for them. :) Here are a few of her family. Some of them look different on the blog because of resolution issues or something. :)

Aren’t her parents adorable?!

Her brother was sick and didn’t smile in any pictures until Tony told him to “show some damn teeth”.

Man’s best friend :)

That would be Tony and myself :)

I’m sure I said something hilarious. I am a funny lady.

One more!

Musical Photos

Before I left for my trip to East TN, I did a quickie photoshoot with my lovely friend Laura. She’s awesome for putting up with me constantly using her as a prop in photos. One of our favorite Faculty/Staff members at the School of Music wrote a piece for water glasses that Laura will be performing this weekend at her recital. So, I took some photos of her for her recital posters. Here are some:
